Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity. we usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account It will take 3-5days to reach you, subject where you are.
5:How long is the sample lead time
---For the existing samples,it take 1-2days. if you want to your own designs, it takes 7-15 days, subject to your designs whether you need new printing screen etc.anyway,we will response fast to your request.

 ---Normally, we support online payment to protect the buyer's funds, when the buyer confirms the acceptance of goods quality is no problem, the funds will be transferred to the seller's account, absolute security.
